Venue and Hotels

Workshop presentations will take place from Wednesday, January 9, in the morning, to Friday, January 11, at noon. (Please, see preliminary Program).

  • double standard room for 2 people, half board: 120 € a day per person
  • double standard room for 2 people, bed&breakfast: 105 € a day per person
  • double room single use supplement: 30 € a day
  • single room supplement (subject to availability): 10 € a day
  • Junior Suite supplement: 15 € a day per person
  • Suite supplement: 30 € a day per person
  The use of both the Wi-Fi network and the hotel's Internet point is free of charge. People with accomodation in other hotels may have dinner at the Hotel Baita dei Pini with a supplement of 25 € a day per person. The Hotel fee includes the coffee breaks. Coffee break fee is not applied for accompanying persons; in this case, please contact Ms. Federica (+39 0342 904346) for details.
