Divide an arc in two equal parts

BC is the given arc.
Build it, using Arc.
Build two other circles, Circle1 and Circle2 centered in B and C, respectively, using a segment as radius and Circle with pt two pts.
Circle1 and Circle2 intersect in two points H and I.
Build a line, using Line, joining H with I.
The line HI intersects the given arc in a point J, that divides it in two equal parts. Infact, the line HI is the axis of the chord BC and that's why it divides in two equal parts not only the chord, but also the arc.
