Stefano Valtolina
Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Communication (DICo) of Università degli Studi di Milano. He obtained his PhD in 'Informatics' from Università degli Studi di Milano and an MSc in Computer Science from the same university. His research interests include: semantic web and human computer interaction, multimedia and interactive knowledge systems, web-based information systems.
Barbara Rita Barricelli
Research Fellow at the Department of Computer Science and Communication (DICo) of Università degli Studi di Milano. She obtained a PhD in Computer Science at Università degli Studi di Milano, and a MSc in Information and Communication Technologies and a BSc in Digital Communication at the same university. Her research topics are creative design, computer semiotics, End-User Development (EUD), internationalization and localization of interactive systems.
Giovanna Bagnasco Gianni
Associate professor of Etruscan Studies at and director of the archaeological excavations of the Università degli Studi di Milano at Tarquinia. Her most important achievements relate to conditions of cultural transmission among cultures in the ancient world, in particular between Etruscans and Greeks, through the analysis and interpretation of the archaeological and epigraphic data. Of particular significance are her studies on the phenomenon of writing in the Etruscan word.
Maria Cristina Vannini
Principal of soluzionimuseali-ims; member of the Board of ICOM Italy. Archaeologist by background and worked as field archaeology for 10 years, since 2004 carries out her work in the field of museology and museum communication collaborating with several institutions throughout Italy and abroad. She is a lecturer at Universities and post graduated schools in Milan. On behalf of European Museum Forum has coordinated several European Projects (FPVI Grundtvig programmes). Since 2010 member of the board of ICOM Italy and coordinator of the Italian commission on museology; promoter of the coordination among Museums, Archives and Libraries in Lombardy where she resides. From October 2010 to March 2011 Secretary General of Insula, Unesco Paris.
Antonella De Angeli
Associate Professor of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) at the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science of the University of Trento in Italy. Her research addresses cognitive, social and cultural aspects of information technologies with an emphasis on the application of this knowledge to interaction design.
Alberto Battocchi
Post-Doc at the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science of the University of Trento in Italy. His research interests are focused on human-computer interaction and, in particular, in the design and evaluation of innovative technologies for children and in technologies for rehabilitation of children with autism spectrum disorders and with other developmental disorders.
